Dr. Melody Phillips

Dr. Melody Phillips was appointed as a member of the Governor’s Commission on Community and Volunteer Service in February 2022. Melody is the Deputy Director for the City of Wilmington Parks and Recreation Department. She successfully defended her doctoral dissertation in May 2024. Melody received her Master of Arts Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University.
