Delaware Volunteer Credit Information 

FOR SCHOOL COUNSELORS

1. Students will register on the Volunteer Delaware website volunteer.delaware.gov. They will self-report volunteer hours through the website. Volunteer Delaware will be tracking the hours. 
2. If you need to keep track of student service hours, you can download the Completion Verification Form at volunteer.delaware.gov.
3. Upon completion of the minimum requirement of 90 hours Volunteer Delaware will send an email to the School Counselor. The email will inform you that the student has met the requirements and request one elective credit be placed on the student’s transcript. 

All students receiving the credit will receive a certificate of completion from Volunteer Delaware signed by the Governor and the Delaware Secretary of Education.
