Gerald L. Rocha

Commissioner Gerald L. Rocha Sr. of Dover, DE is a retired Air Force veteran and is currently the Executive Director of Delaware Parents Association, Inc.  He is also a Dover City Councilman representing the First District. Commissioner Rocha received a Bachelor of Science in Information Resource Management and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. He is married to his lovely wife Valerie and together they have four children and five grandchildren.
