Lossie Freeman
Lossie Freeman, Director of Corporate Partnerships at Zip Code Wilmington, a non-profit software coding academy, drives new corporate relationships to help place graduates in tech roles. She previously served as Special Assistant for Employment Initiatives to Mayor Mike Purzycki of the City of Wilmington and as VP of Global Business Development at Parnassus Global Agency in Washington, DC. With 8 years on Wall Street at JPMorgan, she held roles including Equity Listed Trader/NYSE Clerk, Internal Global Consultant, and PMO for the Global Credit Risk Management team comprised of 100+ technologists. She has a B.A. in Economics from Salem College and an MPA in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Freeman briefly worked for the State Department at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou, China. Her volunteer activities include service on multiple boards, including as a Trustee of Salem Academy & College, Delaware Community Foundation, and ChristianaCare Health Services Board.
