Marilyn Siebold
With nearly 50 years of experience in Volunteer Administration, Marilyn Siebold has made significant contributions to community service. She began her journey as the Director of the Hagley Museum and Library Volunteers, later leading the RSVP NCC program. Marilyn also served as president of the Delaware Volunteer Coordinators and played a key role in developing the certificate in volunteer management. Currently, Marilyn is a member of the Board of NAMI DE and actively volunteers, delivering educational programs and leading family support groups. She co-founded Trauma Matters Delaware and serves on the work group for the trauma-informed approach in higher education. After retiring from State Government, Marilyn worked as the Trauma and Mental Health Associate for the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence. With a Community Counseling degree, Marilyn served as Director of the Delaware Professional Counselors Association. She now teaches psychology and organizational dynamics at Wilmington University. Marilyn's commitment to service and mental health advocacy underscores her dedication to improving her community.
