Peggy Mika

Peggy Mika serves as secretary for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Council and is an officer with the New Castle County Republican Women’s Club. She earned a BS in communications from Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana) and, after many years as a reporter and editor, worked in marketing for the non-profit healthcare sector in Florida and Delaware.
